SAVREQ Service Purchase Terms (Automatic Shooting Service)
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are governed by ADVANCE CO., LTD. , "SAVREQ".) to provide paid or free video management and data provision services (hereinafter referred to as "this service").
Article 1 (Service Overview)
This service cooperates with the camera equipment installed by our company and SAVREQ, and the video data that the user of this service (hereinafter referred to as "user") shoots himself will be saved on the cloud service. It is a service that manages and provides users with the right to download the video data.
Article 2 (Scope of application)
This agreement shall apply to the scope of services in which transactions or agreements have been confirmed between the Company and users on the SAVREQ service. In addition, as long as there is no priority in this agreement, it is assumed that you agree that the "SAVREQ Terms of Use" will be applied as a premise of using this service.
Article 3 (Establishment of service contract)
The contract for this service shall be based on the fact that the user uses the SAVREQ service to apply for the purchase of the service to the Company (including the purchase processing by the payment agency service or the payment processing of the fee by other methods), The service contract shall be concluded when the Company receives such notification. In addition, unless there is a reason attributable to our company, we will not refund the fees paid.
Article 4 (Restriction of Use and Termination of Contract)
The Company may, without prior notice, restrict the use of all or part of the Service to the User or cancel the Service Agreement if any of the following apply. increase. In addition, the Company shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to the user by this.

Article 5 (Sharing of User Information)
According to the provisions of Article 3 of this agreement, when a service usage contract is established between the user and the Company, the user's registration information and usage information on SAVREQ shall be shared with the Company on the system. In addition, users are deemed to have agreed to the application of the SAVREQ Terms of Use.
Article 6 (Prohibitions)
When using this service, the user shall not do the following acts.
(1) Acts that violate laws or public order and morals ・Acts related to criminal acts
(2) Actions that destroy or interfere with the functions of our server or network
(3) Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services
(4) Acts of unauthorized access or attempts to do so
(5) Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information, etc. related to other users
(6) Acts of disclosing information that violates portrait rights or privacy of third parties;
(7) Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 7 (Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.)
If the Company determines that any of the following reasons exist, the Company may suspend or suspend the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User. In addition, the Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the user or a third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of this service, regardless of the reason.

The Company shall not be responsible for the safety, reliability, accuracy, effectiveness, suitability for a particular purpose, security defects, errors, bugs, infringements, etc. of the functions, data, and information provided by the Service. and makes no warranty of any kind. The user shall agree to the matters described below and use this service at his/her own responsibility.
(1) In no event shall we be held responsible for any loss of data or other troubles.
(2) All settings, etc. of personal computers, mobile terminals and other devices for using this service shall be carried out at the user's own responsibility. The Company shall not be held responsible for any malfunctions of terminals, etc. that occur as a result of using the Service.
(3) All communication costs incurred in using this service shall be borne by the user.
(4) All issues of privacy or portrait rights of third parties arising from the use of this service shall be handled at the responsibility of the user, and the Company shall not assume any responsibility.
(5) When using this service, the Company shall not be held responsible for any accidents or troubles that occur during filming within the service providing facility.

The Company shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of this service in accordance with the Company's privacy policy.
Article 16 (Governing Law/Jurisdiction)
The law of Japan shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms. In the event of any dispute regarding this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court.
