SAVREQ service purchase terms (automatic shooting service)
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are based on Okushiga Kogen Resort Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") using SAVREQ, a cloud service type automatic shooting and online lesson service provided by TOSYS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ``SAVREQ'') to determine the terms of use for the video management and data provision service (hereinafter referred to as ``this service'') provided for a fee or free of charge.
Article 1 (Service overview)
This service allows users of this service (hereinafter referred to as "users") to save video data of themselves on a cloud service by linking camera equipment installed by our company with SAVREQ. This is a service that provides users with the right to download the video data.
Article 2 (Scope of application)
These Terms shall apply to the scope of services in which transactions or agreements have been confirmed between the Company and the User on the SAVREQ service. In addition, unless there are any matters that take precedence in these Terms, as a prerequisite for using this service, you are deemed to have agreed to the application of the "SAVREQ Terms of Use."
Article 3 (Establishment of service contract)
A contract for this service is based on a user applying to purchase a service from our company using the SAVREQ service (including processing a purchase through a payment agency service or processing a fee payment by other methods). A service contract shall be formed upon receipt of such notification. Furthermore, unless there is a reason attributable to the Company, the Company shall not refund the paid fee.
Article 4 (Use restrictions and contract cancellation)

Article 5 (Sharing of user information)
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of these Terms, if a service usage contract is established between the user and the Company, the user's registration information and usage information on SAVREQ shall be shared with the Company on the system. Furthermore, users are deemed to have agreed to the SAVREQ terms of use.
Article 6 (Prohibited matters)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this service.
(1) Acts that violate laws or public order and morals - Acts related to criminal acts
(2) Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of our server or network.
(3) Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services.
(4) Acts of making or attempting unauthorized access.
(5)Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information, etc. about other users
(6) Acts of disclosing information that violates portrait rights or privacy of third parties
(7) Acts of illegally obtaining videos or still images before purchase through methods such as screenshots.
(8)Other acts that our company deems inappropriate.
Article 7 (Suspension of provision of this service, etc.)
If the Company determines that any of the following reasons exists, the Company may suspend or suspend the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User. Furthermore, the Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by the User or any third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of this Service, regardless of the reason.

Article 8 (Cancellation)
The User may cancel this Service Agreement at any time by withdrawing from SAVREQ user registration or by deleting the data of the service purchased on the SAVREQ Service.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for any defects, errors, bugs, rights infringements, etc. related to the safety, reliability, accuracy, effectiveness, suitability for a particular purpose, security, etc. of the functions, data, and information provided by the Service. We do not provide any warranty whatsoever. Users agree to the matters stated below and use this service at their own risk.
(1) Under no circumstances will our company be held responsible for data loss or other problems.
(2) All settings of computers, mobile terminals, and other devices to use this service shall be carried out at the user's own risk. The Company shall not be held responsible for any malfunctions of devices, etc. that may occur due to the use of the Service.
(3) All communication costs incurred when using this service shall be borne by the user.
