Recently, we have been experiencing an issue with SAVREQ's video purchase process, where videos are not marked as "Purchased" even after payment has been completed. The period of this issue is as follows:
January 29, 2026 - February 5, 2026
The issue has now been resolved, and we have confirmed that all purchased videos have been correctly marked as "purchased."
