SAVREQ Service Purchase Terms (Automatic Photography Service)
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms of use for the video management and data provision service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Media Work Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), on behalf of Sugadaira Kogen Snow Resort, using the cloud-based automatic photography and online lesson service "SAVREQ" (hereinafter referred to as "SAVREQ") provided by TOSYS Co., Ltd., for a fee or free of charge.
Article 1 (Service Overview)
This Service connects SAVREQ with camera equipment installed by our client, allowing users of this Service (hereinafter referred to as the "User") to store and manage video data of themselves on a cloud service and provide the User with the right to download said video data.
Article 2 (Scope of Application)
These Terms shall apply to the scope of the service for which a transaction or agreement has been concluded between the Company and the User on the SAVREQ service. Unless otherwise superseded by these Terms and Conditions, you agree that the SAVREQ Terms of Use apply as a prerequisite for using this Service.
Article 3 (Establishment of Service Contract)
The Service Contract is established when the User uses the SAVREQ Service to apply to purchase the Service (including purchase processing via a payment processing service or payment processing by other means) and the Company receives notification of such application. Furthermore, the Company will not refund any fees paid, except for reasons attributable to the Company.
Article 4 (Usage Restrictions and Contract Termination)
The Company may restrict the User's use of all or part of this Service or terminate the Service Contract without prior notice if any of the following circumstances apply. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such application.
(1) If you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
(2) If it is discovered that the registration information contains false information
(3) If one year has passed since the date of the contract for this Service

Article 5 (Sharing of User Information)
If a service usage agreement is concluded between the user and the Company pursuant to Article 3 of these Terms and Conditions, the user's SAVREQ registration information and usage information will be shared with the Company via the system. The user is deemed to have agreed to the application of the SAVREQ Terms of Use.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this Service.
(1) Actions that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals, or actions related to criminal activity.
(2) Actions that destroy or interfere with the functioning of our servers or network.
(3) Actions that may disrupt the operation of our services.
(4) Actions that involve unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access.
(5) Actions that collect or store personal information about other users.
(6) Actions that disclose information that violates a third party's portrait rights or privacy.
(7) Other actions that our company deems inappropriate.
Article 7 (Suspension of the Service, etc.)
Our company reserves the right to suspend or suspend the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the user if we determine that any of the following events have occurred. Furthermore, our company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the user or a third party as a result of the suspension or suspension of the Service, regardless of the reason.

Article 8 (Termination)
Users may terminate this Service Agreement at any time by canceling their SAVREQ user registration or deleting the data for the service purchased through the SAVREQ Service.
Article 9 (Disclaimers)
The Company makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the functions, data, and information provided through the Service, including without limitation, safety, reliability, accuracy, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, or any other defects, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights. Users agree to the following terms and conditions and use the Service at their own risk.
(1) Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for any loss of data or other problems.
(2) Users are solely responsible for configuring their computers, mobile devices, and other devices to use the Service. The Company assumes no responsibility for any malfunctions of devices, etc., that may arise as a result of using the Service.
(3) Users are solely responsible for all communication costs incurred in using the Service.
(4) Users are solely responsible for any issues regarding the privacy or portrait rights of third parties that may arise from their use of the Service, and the Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever.
(5) Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for any accidents or problems that occur during filming within the Service Provider Facility when using the Service.
(6) The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damages suffered by users as a result of using the Service, or for any transactions, communications, or disputes that may arise between users and the Service Provider Facility or third parties.
Article 10 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)
The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue provision of the Service by notifying the User in accordance with Article 12 of these Terms. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such changes.
Article 11 (Changes to Terms of Use)
The Company may change these Terms if it deems it necessary by notifying the User in accordance with Article 12 of these Terms. The User shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms by commencing use of the Service after such changes have been made.
Article 12 (Notifications or Contact)
In principle, notifications or contact from the Company to Users will be made by posting notices on the Company's page on the official SAVREQ website. Users shall check the posted contents on the official website when using the Service. Notifications from the Company to Users shall be deemed to have been received by the User at the time of using the Service, and the User shall be deemed to have accepted such notices.
Article 13 (Handling of Personal Information)
We will handle personal information obtained through the use of this Service appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute regarding this Service, the court with jurisdiction over our head office location shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
